How to extend the due Invoice payment date in pandemic situation

We have a Snooze Now Pay Later program for customers; if you feel to avail of the option, you need to submit the ticket to the billing department before or on the due date.

The snooze option may extend the payment date maximum of 4-5 days by charging a very small fee.

Terms & condition:

1. The snooze payment program is a matter of customer eligibility and not available as an interim remedy all time to extend the due date.
2. Applicable only on the invoice amount above Rs. 1000/-
3. Snooze payment fee is payable in advance always by the customer to get activated the due date extension facility.
4. If the customer fails to pay the amount on the extended due date, then Rs. 500 will be charged as a late fee on the whole due amount and services will be suspended.
5. Program is not available on EMI option on payments.
